Health and Disability Advocates
These advocates work for the Health and Disability Commission. They can help you with making a complaint to us, or to another agency. Their help is free.

Complaining to the Health and Disability Commission
If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can complain to the Health and Disability Commission. Their job is to support people who are receiving health and disability services, and to resolve complaints. You need to use our complaints process first before contacting them.

If you feel we have breached your privacy and you’re not happy with how we have responded, you can complain to the Privacy Commission. You need to use our complaints process first before contacting them.
